Greentree Ecopark reimagines a former mining site along Earls Road in Middle River as a next-generation distribution and commerce destination, thoughtfully balanced with the surrounding environment. The commercial component features three state-of-the-art buildings totaling 516,000 square feet across 48 acres, each designed to LEED Silver green building standards and engineered to accommodate rooftop solar. Unlike conventional industrial parks, Greentree integrates its distribution facilities into a broader eco-park vision, with a landscaped forest buffer and berm along Earls Road that shields neighbors and preserves the natural character of the area. The project is designed to bring modern, sustainable warehouse and distribution space to a strategically located corridor with convenient access to MD 43 and the regional highway network, while road and infrastructure improvements are funded by the project rather than the County.
